Draynix is made by Obsidian Developments ("we"). This page explains, in plain English, what we collect and how we protect it.

Your customer data belongs to you

The customers, systems, jobs, invoices and records you put into Draynix are owned by your company. We don't sell it, rent it or use it to market to your customers. You can ask for a full export at any time.

What we collect

  • Account details: company name, admin name, email, phone and state, so we can issue licenses and support you.
  • Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
  • Website forms: what you type into the demo or contact form, so we can reply.

Location

The team map and time clock use a team member's location only while they are signed in to Draynix. When they sign out, location sharing stops. Your company decides who can see the map.

How we protect it

  • Data stored on each device is encrypted (AES-256 / ChaCha20-Poly1305).
  • All connections are encrypted.
  • Only devices your admin approves can sign in, and each user sees only what the admin allows.
  • An audit log records who changed what, and when.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run Draynix and this website (such as hosting, payments and email), and only what they need to do their job. We don't sell personal information.
