Terms of service

These terms are between your company and Obsidian Developments, the maker of Draynix. By buying a license or using Draynix, you agree to them.
Licenses
- Licenses are sold per user, with a 10-user minimum, on this website only.
- Each license key is for your company. Don't share it outside your company.
- You can add users anytime. Removing a user frees their seat for someone else.
Billing
Monthly plans renew each month and yearly plans renew each year, at the price shown on our pricing page for your number of users. Payments are processed by Stripe. There are no setup fees.
Your data
Your company owns the data you put into Draynix. See our privacy page for how we protect it.
Estimates and compliance
Draynix helps you track required visits and plan drainfields, but you are responsible for meeting the rules in your area. Drainfield locations shown by Draynix are estimates; a licensed soil evaluator must confirm them.
Acceptable use
Don't use Draynix to break the law, to track people without their knowledge, or to try to get around license limits.
Limits
Draynix is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Obsidian Developments isn't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
